We offer a premium Reformer Pilates experience in a beautiful, welcoming space that invites every individual - regardless of age, fitness level, or background - to discover the transformative power of mindful movement using the Reformer.
Our Studio
Our beautiful, self contained studio is located in the heart of Chapel Allerton. The studio has exposed bricks & beams and is filled with natural light — our space is a little sanctuary in the city.
We have 8 of the highest quality Reformers, offering group classes and private sessions. Our team of passionate instructors, bring a wealth of knowledge and commitment to helping you improve your posture, core strength and overall wellbeing.
