BLOC STUDIO Essentials

Start Your Reformer Journey (Total Beginner)
During this starter session, you'll be introduced to the basics, learn the 6 Principles of Pilates & gain knowledge of the Reformer - helping you feel more confident going into your first class.

Reformer Foundations (Beginner)
Our beginner class helps you build the foundations before progressing to more challenging movements in other classes.
Also suitable for those who prefer a slower, lighter session due to an injury or after time off.

Reformer Flow (Intermediate)
Once you have mastered the basics, Flow offers a full-body workout to improve strength, flexibility and core strength.
The class is suitable for intermediate level, with adaptations and progressions to cater to varying abilities.

Reformer Elevate (Advanced)
If you prefer a more challenging session, Elevate classes have an increase in intensity with more advanced movement.
Take this class once you feel comfortable with Foundations & Flow.

Our 50+ class is designed specifically for individuals aged 50 and above who want to improve their strength, mobility, and overall wellness through low-impact exercises, whilst meeting like minded individuals.

Our pre natal classes are designed to support and strengthen the body during pregnancy. Using the Reformer machine, this class focuses on gentle, low-impact exercises that improve flexibility, posture, and core strength while promoting overall comfort and well-being.

Our postnatal class is designed to help new mothers regain strength, improve posture, and restore the body after childbirth.These classes promote mindful breathing and controlled movement, helping to reduce stress and enhance overall well-being.
