Reformer Foundations

Our beginner class takes you through the reformer basics. This class is for newbies to get to know their way around the Reformer and build confidence before progressing to more challenging movements in other classes.

This class is also suitable to those who prefer a slower, lighter session due to an injury or after time off.

Reformer Flow

Once you have mastered the basics, Flow offers a full-body workout to improve strength, flexibility and balance.

The class is suitable for all levels, with adaptations and progressions to cater to all abilities.

Reformer Elevate

If you prefer a more challenging session, this class has an increase in intensity with more advanced movement.

This class is suitable for intermediate level. Take this class once you feel comfortable with Foundations & Flow.

Reformer Bump

Our pre natal classes are designed to support and strengthen the body during pregnancy. Using the Reformer machine, this class focuses on gentle, low-impact exercises that improve flexibility, posture, and core strength while promoting overall comfort and well-being.

The exercises are tailored to accommodate the changing body and address common pregnancy-related discomforts, such as back pain, pelvic instability, and poor posture.

This is the perfect wholesome activity for you and your bump whilst meeting other mums to be!

Reformer Baby

Our postnatal class is designed to help new mothers regain strength, improve posture, and restore the body after childbirth.

These classes promote mindful breathing and controlled movement, helping to reduce stress and enhance overall well-being.
