I discovered my love for yoga in my late 20s when I began attending classes as a student. Drawn to its transformative power, I took the leap into teaching and started sharing my passion for yoga in 2020. In 2024, I expanded my practice to include Reformer Pilates, blending the strength and precision of Pilates with the mindfulness of yoga.

My teaching philosophy centers on making classes both challenging and accessible, creating a space where everyone—regardless of their experience—feels empowered to explore their potential. Whether you're seeking strength, flexibility, or a moment of calm, my goal is to help you leave each class feeling balanced and inspired.
